Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation or tracking number?

Please add an email address for customer service
Spam filters or misspelling of the email address at checkout may cause our messages to get lost. Feel free to reach out to our Customer Care at if you can't find the confirmation or tracking Number.

How do I use my promo code?

Promo codes are entered at CHECKOUT - after you have confirmed the cart. On mobile, this is placed at the bottom of page.

Promotion codes will not combine with other offers or apply during site-wide sale periods.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be sent out?

We aim to ship orders by the end of the next business day. During sale periods or over holiday weekends, shipping may take an extra business day.

How do you ship my order?

For domestic orders, we use JNE, ID Express, Sicepat, TIKI, Ninja Express, Anteraja, Pos Indonesia and  as our shipping partners and orders are normally received in 2-4 days. If you happen to be in Bali, you can select instant delivery services like Grab and Gojek where possible. Please note, that our warehouse closes at 1pm on Saturday and is closed on Sunday. Orders submitted outside of operational hours will be processed the next business day.

International shipping is now available worldwide with DHL. Orders are normally received with one week after processing.

How do I change my shipping address?

Orders are shipped as fast as possible - usually within a business day from the order confirmation.

Address changes must be done before the order leaves our warehouse and receive tracking information. We are unable to change the address once the order has been handed off to the shipper. 

If you have entered shipping information incorrectly please contact us as soon as possible using including your order number and the address correction.

Do I need to pay taxes?

All taxes and duties are set by your delivery country and are the responsibility of the receiver to pay, you are advised to check this before ordering.

We make every attempt with DHL to ensure on-time delivery and please note that refused deliveries are the liability of the receiver and are not subject to a refund.


What is your return policy? 
  • We accept returns or exchanges on all unworn items with NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
  • Make sure the unworn items are returned within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging and tags for a NO FUSS exchange or refund.
  • We will refund THE FULL PRICE of all items using the original payment method that was used (minus any shipping or duty fees); please allow 5-7 business days for the money to be returned to your account.
  • Returns not accepted on items marked Final Sale items 
  • Gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser only.
  • is unable to process returns of items purchased from store locations.
Can we exchange?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. Instead, you can return your item for a refund and place a new order.

What is my refund status?

We aim to process returns within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse. You will receive notification via email that your refund has been completed.

Should your refund not be processed within 10 business days, please reach out to Customer Care with your order number.
